Life Teen registration tables continue in the foyer after Mass through Sunday, 9/5. Click here for a copy of the 2010-2011 Registration Form. We have a great semester planned starting with our Kickoff Movie Party on Sunday 9/12 @ 2pm in the Parish Center! A copy of our semester schedule can be found here.
Any high school teens needing sacraments, including confirmation, must register for Life Teen as all catechesis will be done through the program.
If you feel compelled to answer your baptismal call and volunteer on the adult core team or in another capacity with our High School Youth Group, please contact Chris at sbcyouth@diocesephoenix.org.
Registration for our Fath Formation classes is underway! Classes begin the week of September 20th. There is no online registration for Elementary Faith Formation. Classes are filled on a first come basis, so please register early. Registration is not complete until all forms and fees are turned in.
If your children are preparing for First Reconciliation, First Eucharist or Confirmation, you must have a copy of their Baptismal Certificate, that we can keep, turned in at registration. In this Diocese, First Reconciliation is celebrated in 2nd Grade and Confirmation/First Eucharist in 3rd Grade.

Cherubs (ages 4 thru 1st grade): 4:00-4:30pm
Choristers (2nd thru 8th grade): 5:15-6:15pm (note - we will hold extra Chorister rehearsal time starting at 4:45 for those that can't stay thru 6:15).
Youth Choir (High School): 6:30-7:15pm
Rehearsals begin Tuesday, August 31!
